Areas of outstanding natural beauty are sometimes a logistical nightmare – this one comes in the shape of the rivers Avon, Erme and Yealm, not to mention Plymouth Sound. Continue readingLlanelli to Kidwelly 18.3.15
This was a looooong walk, mostly because I got a bit lost, but more of that later.
Continue readingLlanrhidian to LLanelli 17.2.15
I am dropped at the church where Damian and I finished last time and head down the “Marsh Road” which skirts Llanrhidian Marshes. Continue readingSwansea to Southgate 3.8.14
We start from the footbridge close to the Dylan Thomas Centre where I finished last time – dark clouds are massing but we may out-walk them.
Continue readingLannacombe Beach to Salcombe 30.7.14
Much of the path today is stony and when skirting a sharp drop down to the sea it’s exciting.
